Kororinpa Marble Mania
SCORE: 98
Families all over America need to take notice the triumphant return of Hudson Entertainment. Konami partnered with Hudson Entertainment to bring us this spectacular video game. Kororinpa Marble Mania on the Nintendo Wii is one of the best games I have played all year (editor: in the year of our Lord 2007). Players use the Wii Remote to rotate around the level in a way that will roll their marble collecting the orange gems, and finally making it to the goal. Plenty of different marbles are in this game, and many of them have very cute sounds associated with them. Levels can be rotated in complete 360 degrees in total 3D.
The graphical content in Kororinpa Marble Mania is spectacular. The colors are bright and colorful; the different marbles are awesome, and the details are are nicely done. The background graphics are very nice, and themed quite well. I found no offensive images while playing this game.
Kororinpa Marble Mania has very pleasing sounds to it, and the music can be changed along the way. There are also plenty of musical scores that are unlocked along the way. I heard no offensive sounds while playing this game, and that is a real treat for me.
I suppose Kororinpa Marble Mania would fall under the puzzle category, but it feels more like the unique Super Monkey Ball style of game to me. There are plenty of unlockables, and more than one person can play this game at the same time. I feel this game is worth your hard earned dollars.
I absolutely love the game play in Kororinpa Marble Mania. This game gives the player complete control, and does not hurry the player with a timer. That means I could take my time, be safe, and careful. The intelligent design of the levels make this game a blast to play.
Concentration, rotation,
and gravity are some of the lessons Kororinpa Marble Mania teaches. This
game is safe for the entire family which means it will have a much wider
appeal than any niche violent video game. It was my joy, and pleasure to
play and review this game. I would love to see some sequels to this
game. Kororinpa Marble Mania wins the much sought after Family Friendly
Gaming seal of approval. Hudson Entertainment (or Konami) needs to hook
me up with some of the plush toys, especially the penguin who was my
favorite to play with.
