Uncle Scrooge #464

Uncle Scrooge #464

I legitimately thought this franchise was done with the last issue. I have no idea how much longer Uncle Scrooge will be going on. Uncle Scrooge #464 cost me $5.99. There are forty pages of comic book content within Uncle Scrooge #464. There are three major stories within Uncle Scrooge #464. The reboot numbering system shows this comic book as Uncle Scrooge #4.

There are five chapters in the first story The McDuck Diaries The Klondike Years. The second story Mush! is an one page story. The third story The Invisible Intruder is also a one page story. The Crosstalk page near the front is fascinating indeed. This company is growing by reprinting some older Disney content. Uncle Scrooge #464 was printed in Finland initially. This is the first time it is printed in the US.

The main storyline in Uncle Scrooge #464 contains five chapters. Spoilers will be a part of this review going forward. Scrooge doubts himself at the beginning of Uncle Scrooge #464. There are references in Uncle Scrooge #464 to other comic book stories that I am not familiar with. Scrooge has some interesting adversaries in Uncle Scrooge #464.

I like how Scrooge helps out other characters in Uncle Scrooge #464. I like the connections to groups like the Mounties in Uncle Scrooge #464. Uncle Bhaltair is trying to get Scrooge to come back to him and work for him. Scrooge has his own plans in Uncle Scrooge #464. Scrooge earns all kinds of money doing different things. He runs a hotel, turns in criminals for a bounty, and more.

I love how Uncle Scrooge #464 teaches readers to work hard to gain some wealth. Scrooge goes the extra mile again and again within Uncle Scrooge #464. Part of me is irritated that Uncle Scrooge #464 is just a reprint. Another part of me likes how Uncle Scrooge #464 brings us content from a foreign country. It is the same with the price of this comic book. I wish it were cheaper, but we are getting forty pages.
