Transformers Season Two Volume Two
SCORE: 72
I just wrapped up watching Transformers Season Two Volume Two from
start to finish. It takes eight hours to get through the seven discs
that make up Transformers Season Two Volume Two. Technically there are
eight discs since the last one is the bonus features. Although to be
blunt the bonus features are not very good in Transformers Season Two
Volume Two.
The issues families can have with Transformers Season Two Volume Two are
violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, revenge, gambling, old
Earth religious beliefs and more. I can tell that this period of the
Transformers was about certain toy lines. I have read and heard others
involved with this company that they pushed certain new toys in comics
and television shows. The two new interesting ones are the Combaticons
and Protectobots.
The interesting thing about the Combaticons and the Protectobots is they
are multiple robots that combine into larger ones. This was a trend with
Transformers in this period. I almost forgot about the other two -
Stunticons and Aerialbots. Megatron decides he needs ground vehicles so
the Autobot get some air power to fight them off. It is an interesting
switch for both sides.
There are some different ideas that are tried in Transformers Season Two
Volume Two. For example the Autotbots become movie stars in one episode.
That one really threw me for a loop. Of course Megatron had to get
involved and mess things up. Starscream has his moments within
Transformers Season Two Volume Two. I just wish he would win a bit more
often. At one point it looks like he took Megatron down. Alas it did not
last long.
I can say that Transformers Season Two Volume Two is really all about
the five robots that merge into larger robots. It happens way too often.
I noticed Transformers Season Two Volume Two really relied on the giant
robots again and again. Thing is the outcome was the same on this. The
Autobots win again and again. Megatron fails constantly in Transformers
Season Two Volume Two. Megatron has some good ideas and good technology
in Transformers Season Two Volume Two too.
