There are some comic books here and there that bring a smile to my
face. The Muppets Noir #2 is one such comic book. This comic book cost
me $4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic books content within The
Muppets Noir #2. The credits are found on the back of the front cover.
There is a page devoted to the next issue.
There are some advertisements and a cover gallery in the back of The
Muppets Noir #2 comic book. There is some humor within The Muppets Noir
#2. This comic book starts us in the room where Kermit is recovering
from his head injury. I promise to include spoilers for the rest of this
review. Kermit is still having this crazy Noir dream.
Kermit does not want a doctor. There are other people trying to hire
Kermit but he is still on the main case. The client wants to know what
progress he has made on the case. Kermit meets up with the cop and they
go out together canvassing the area. They talk to all of these shop
owners. Sadly they do not find the girl in The Muppets Noir #2.
Kermit still has his problem with pie. He falls asleep whenever he gets
too close. An idea is tried in The Muppets Noir #2. Kermit jacks himself
up on coffee in this comic book. He is then able to make it past some
pies. He also finds a shop that can change your face. Did she come to
this place. The owner claims she did not in The Muppets Noir #2.
We find a Miss Piggy like character that gives Kermit some milk to
settle down his coffee jitter. Then this male character shows up and
accuses Kermit of stealing. So off to jail he goes. No progress in the
case in The Muppets Noir #2. More places where Meringue is not found.
According to the next issue page there should be a break in the case
next issue.
