Racer X #3
SCORE: 68
I am beginning to question the order of reading things. Racer X #3
gives some behind the scenes information and brings us up to near the
end of last Speed Racer comic book I read. I will touch on that again in
a little bit. There are twenty pages of comic book content within Racer
X #3. This comic book cost me $4.99. The credits can be found on the
back of the front cover of the Racer X #3 comic book.
The issues families can have with Racer X #3 are violence, language, and
more. There is a five page preview of The New Space Age #1. I read that
same preview in another comic book. Probably the Speed Racer one.
Spoilers will be a part of this review going forward. The bad guys are
having a fit that Speed Racer keeps winning. They are also not happy
with Racer X protecting Speed Racer. What will they do about it?
Racer X #3 shows the bad guys taking out the Shooting Star. They think
they killed Racer X in Racer X #3. Then we find out it was a dummy in
another version of the car. Always have a back up and a spare is what
Racer X #3 taught me. Racer X #3 introduces us to HellKitten. She has
fly paper like wheels in Racer X #3. Why would she do that? It just
slows her down in the race. She has a plan.
The race in Racer X #3 is in this mountains. Hellkitten uses the fly
paper like wheels to drive right up the side of the mountain to cut a
lot of the track. There is a bounty of one million dollars on Speed
Racer in Racer X #3. Racer X helps out Speed Racer again in this race in
Racer X #3. There is no mention of betting on Speed Racer in Racer X #3
though. Hellkitten also helps out Speed Racer in Racer X #3.
Hellkitten knows that Racer X is Rex in Racer X #3. She kisses him and
admits to helping him out. Racer X makes a dangerous discovery near the
end of Racer X #3. There is brake fluid from Speed Racer's vehicle on
the track. This is what we learned in the most recent Speed Racer comic
book - the bad guys put acid in the vehicle to cause an accident. Speed
Racer is trying to survive near the end of that comic book.
