Noah
SCORE: 84
The latest Kingstone Comics book I got in my pile is Noah. Can you
guess what Noah is about? If you guessed the historical account of Noah
from the Holy Bible then you would be correct. Noah is thirty-two pages
long. Noah cost me $2.00. The credits can be found on the back of the
front cover. It was a real joy and a pleasure for me to read this comic
book.
Pay Attention! Expect spoilers for the rest of this review. Noah starts
with his sons going to town to get some supplies. They are robbed by the
evil and wicked people of that town. There is some violence, and lack of
attire within Noah. Bible verses are also on the bottom of the pages of
this comic book. The sons of Noah try to reach the people about God’s
upcoming judgement.
The evil, vile and wicked people mock Noah and his sons in this comic
book. The coolest thing to me about Noah is the chronicling of all of
the time it took to build the ark. Noah started working on it with just
his wife. Later she lets him know that he will have some help. A funny
way of letting him know he will be a father. His sons help him out in
this comic book
I read Noah and think about the evil and wickedness in our time. I also
marvel at that his sons were faithful to their father and the family.
Noah heard from God multiple times in this comic book. Noah faithfully
obeyed God. This is a wonderful example to us. God provided the animals
in Noah. The family is told they have seven days before the flood.
God closed the doors on the wicked when the rain started to fall. They
realize they were wrong but it is too late for them. It took just over a
year for the water to dry up. Noah and his family come out of the ark
and work toward rebuilding humanity. Noah got drunk and one of his sons
saw him naked. The other two sons covered Noah by walking in backwards.
