Mega Man X #5

It looks like this is the end of this series at this point in time. I
will have some thoughts on that later in this review. Mega Man X #5 cost
me $4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Mega
Man X #5. The credits for Mega Man X #5 are found on the backside of the
front cover. There are advertisements and the cover gallery in the back
of the Mega Man X #5 comic book. I will include spoilers in this review.
The issues families can have with Mega Man X #5 are violence, blood,
religious belief of evolution taught, and more. Mega Man X #5 ends with:
"To Be Continued?" There is a little picture of Dr. Wily. I know there
is a Dr. Wily comic book coming out soon. I suspect that is what it
references. Some of the advertisements in Mega Man X #5 contain lack of
attire, and enticement to lust issues. If your kid reads this comic book
they will be exposed to that content.
Mega Man X is ready to face Sigma in Mega Man X #5. The two of them have
quite a back and forth battle in Mega Man X #5. Mega Man X and Sigma
also discuss things. Sigma knows things about Mega Man X that he does
not know about himself in this comic book. I know Capcom games quite
well. Mega Man X #5 does a great job of showing the different boss
forms. It is obvious when Sigma was defeated, and went into a more
powerful form.
Mega Man X uses different skills from different robots that he picked up
along this journey. The battle in Mega Man X #5 comes to its logical
hero conclusion. Sigma is defeated near the end of Mega Man X #5. Sigma
promises to return. Mega Man X lets him know that he will be there
waiting for him. I did some research and Sigma does appear in many of
the Mega Man X video games. So if they wanted to do another series they
could.
After Mega Man X defeats Sigma he sees Dr. Light again. Mega Man X
reflects on the choices made by Reploids in this series. Dr. Wily shows
up at the end of Mega Man X #5. There are two new related comic books
coming. Mega Man X2 will be a six issue comic book series. Mega Man X
The Dawn of E is an one shot prequel comic book. Mega Man Gear Masters
is another five issue series families can look for. I suppose I will
look into that one as well.
