Mega Man X #4

I wonder if this series will be wrapping up soon. I do not recall everything from the video game. There are some aspects of Mega Man X #4 that came to me as a little surprise. This comic book cost me $4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Mega Man X #4. There is a page devoted to the next issue. There are ads and the cover gallery in the back of Mega Man X #4. The credits for Mega Man X #4 are found on the inside cover page opposite of the front cover.

There is a bit of violent content within Mega Man X #4. I will include spoilers in this review from this point forward. Mega Man X starts by having a conversation with another one of those pods in Mega Man X #4. Doctor Light is there and gives him the power of Hadoken. Does that sounds familiar to Family Friendly Gaming Universe? It is in the Street Fighter franchise. When someone Mega Man X cares about is in danger then you can use this energy attack.

Mega Man X heads back to base in Mega Man X #4. He finds out that Zero is waiting for him. Something about this whole franchise that makes no sense to me whatsoever. Why not go together? Why does one person go and then the other one? Vile taunts Zero and the two of them fight. By the time Mega Man X can get there in Mega Man X #4 it is too late. Zero sacrifices himself to take out the mech Vile is in.

Can you guess how Mega Man X defeats Vile in Mega Man X #4? If you guessed he uses Hadoken then you would be completely right. The only reason to get it at the start of this issue is to use it near the end. Sometimes these things can be a bit predictable. I do not recall the Mega Man X video games being that way. Instead I had to try different abilities to figure out what would work on each boss.

Mega Man X goes over to check on Zero in Mega Man X #4. He is missing his legs. Zero does tell Mega Man X to use his blaster against Sigma. There are quite a few tears shed near the end of Mega Man X #4. The next issue lets us know that Mega Man X will be up against Sigma for the final battle. I wonder if that will wrap up this franchise. I will read it to find out. I am ready for this one to be done soon.
