Mega Man X #2
SCORE: 71
The Mega Man X #2 comic book cost me $4.99. There are twenty-two
pages of comic book content within Mega Man X #2. The credits are on the
back of the front cover. After the comic book content there is a page
devoted to the next issue within this series. There are also some
advertisements and then a cover gallery in the back of Mega Man X #2.
There is some lack of attire, and enticement to lust issues in the
advertisements in Mega Man X #2.
There is some violent content within Mega Man X #2. Also be aware of
some mild language within Mega Man X #2. It is Vader time now. Time to
acknowledge there will be spoilers in the rest of this review. Parts of
Mega Man X #2 feel like the video game. There are pictures of what look
like levels to me. I felt like that was a nice touch in this comic book.
Mega Man is wrapping up with Spark Mandrill in the power plant.
Mega Man leaves a giant hole in Spark Mandrill in Mega Man X #2. The
next destination is a weapons factory. Mega Man heads over to the
weapons factory in Mega Man X #2. The place was completely iced over in
Mega Man X #2. Mega Man finds another capsule in Mega Man X #2. Doctor
Light bestows another power up to Mega Man in Mega Man X #2. He now has
a gun as powerful as the one X happens to have.
Doctor Light also lets Mega Man know where the next power up can be
found. From there Mega Man runs into Flame Mammoth in Mega Man X #2.
They have a fight and Mega Man tries different powers to take down the
elephant robot. Storm Tornado is the powerup that takes down Flame
Mammoth in Mega Man X #2. Can you guess what Mega Man does after beating
each of these boss robots? He learns their powers to be able to take out
other bosses.
The ending of Mega Man X #2 has some good news and some bad news. The
good news in Mega Man X #2is that four of the Mavericks are down. The
bad news in Mega Man X #2 is there are four more to take out. There will
be more power ups, and more upgrades, as well as more Mavericks to take
down. I also wonder about hunting down those capsules. I expect at least
part of the upcoming issues will deal with that. The art continues to be
fantastic in Mega Man X #2.
