Megaman X #0
SCORE: 71
Megaman X #0 feels like a true number zero issue to me. This comic
book introduces us to many of the characters and what is going on in
this universe. The Megaman X #0 comic book cost me $4.99. There are only
twenty-two pages of comic book content within Megaman X #0. The credits
can be found on the back of the front cover. There is a page devoted to
the next issue. Megaman X #0 ends with quite a few advertisements of
comic books I will never read.
Maybe I should walk that last sentence back. If Udon Entertainment sends
me the comic books for free and pays me then I will read those other
comic books. The issues families can have with Megaman X #0 are
violence, and mild language. The cover gallery can be found in the very
back of the Megaman X #0 comic book. The inside page of the back cover
to be precise. There will be spoilers in my review of the Megaman X #0
comic book.
I remember the first Megaman X video game. A lot of Megaman X #0 feels
like that first little part of that first level. Megaman X #0 starts
with a flashback where Megaman X remembers or is watching an old video
of his creator. I am not sure why the man who created Megaman X changes
in that memory though. I am not that deep into the lore to remember
every little thing about all of these different franchises.
Megaman X is brought to by an alarm of a Maverick attack. They need a
Maverick Hunter to help save the day. Vava is this purple looking bot
that is going rogue in Megaman X #0. Megaman X is tasked with hunting
him down in this comic book. Thankfully he is teleported right where he
needs to go. Vava has a mech he is inside. This is something I remember
from the game. The same with the freeway section dropping.
Megaman X is not sure how things got so bad so fast in Megaman X #0.
Vava decides to redefine himself and his name in Megaman X #0. Vava
wants to now be called Vile instead. Megaman X goes along with the
mental delusion in Megaman X #0. I think Megaman X should have kept
calling him his real name Vava. Why succumb to the mental illness?
Megaman X fails but Zero shows up to save him in this comic book. Zero
lets Megaman X know that he has not reached his full potential yet.
