Lilo & Stitch

Noah and I watched Lilo & Stitch the live action movie recently.
There were some heart felt moments in this movie. It takes one hundred
and eight minutes to watch Lilo & Stitch. If you have not seen this
movie or know anything of this franchise then I must warn you there will
be spoilers in my review. I saw the animated movie many years back. As
always Holly Hate redefined things from the same franchise.
Stitch is Experiment 626 and escapes the Galactic Federation. The
scientist that created him and another alien that is an expert on Earth
travel to retrieve Stitch. Lilo is a little Hawaiian girl that has no
friends. Her parents died and her older sister Nani is trying to keep
everything going. Lilo has a knack for getting into trouble early on in
Lilo & Stitch. There is a speech that you are not bad but you do bad
things sometimes. There is also a lesson that they are broken but still
a family.
Expect humor within Lilo & Stitch. Stitch is trying to escape the
scientists when he sees a poster about dogs being adopted. So Stitch
pretends to be a dog to get Lilo to adopt him. He goes home with her and
the two of them get into mischief at Nani's job. Nani gets fired and has
challenges finding a new job since she must keep Lilo & Stitch with her
during job interviews. At this point Lilo is trying to teach Stitch to
be good. He gets the same behavior speech.
Nani was going to be a marine biologist before her parents died and she
must work to take care of her little sister. Lilo wants Nani to go to
school. The social worker is on Nani's case about giving Lilo a better
environment to live in. A man from the CIA is also trying to get ahold
of Stitch in Lilo & Stitch. Stitch is very dense and does not do well in
the water. At one point Stich almost drowns in Lilo & Stitch.
The Galactic Federation shows up and they decide that Stitch can live
out his exile on Earth. The expert on Earth gets to stay and watch over
him. A lot of Lilo & Stitch is about redemption. There is also a lesson
about getting to do what you want to do. Nani is given an excuse to go
back to school. The neighbor lady takes care of Lilo. There are some
emotional moments in Lilo & Stitch.
