Justice League Unlimited #17
SCORE: 72
After the whole DC KO event I wondered where this fantasy universe
was going. Justice League Unlimited #17 is the first comic book I am
reading to comprehend what is happening with the DC Universe. I see a
bit of a direction in Justice League Unlimited #17 as well. Justice
League Unlimited #17 helps explain quite a few things. This comic book
cost me $3.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within
Justice League Unlimited #17.
Expect spoilers for the rest of this review. Batman and Wonder Woman
explain to the rest of the Justice League what happened in the
tournament. Superman beat Darkseid back, and shared the power with all
of them that were in the tournament. Darkseid will come back in some
way, shape or form in the future. The villains will also be needed to be
able to stop Darkseid the next time. Advertisements can be found
throughout the Justice League Unlimited #17 comic book.
There are two intro and credit pages in Justice League Unlimited #17
after three pages of comic book content. There is a four page preview
for Wonder Woman #31, and Superman #36 in Justice League Unlimited #17.
The DC Nation Spotlight is on Supergirl. The issues families can have
with Justice League Unlimited #17 are violence, blood, bad language,
lack of attire, enticement to lust and more.
Most of the villains were moved from the Phantom Zone back to their
cells in the prisons. There were a few that did not quite make it. Two
villains are found and the heroes show up to fight them. This is where
Justice League Unlimited #17 gets interesting and the future direction
is shown quite clearly. The villains were trying to help these people
from a bit of a disaster. The heroes jumped to the wrong conclusion.
Batman, Shazam, and Wonder Woman go and talk to Mon-El. Batman has
reservations about bringing in the villains with the heroes. Justice
League Unlimited #17 ends with these different super villains being
given cards to the Justice League Unlimited. So the heroes and the
villains will be working together in the future. I suspect all kinds of
fireworks to come in the near future with their different styles.
