Hunter x Hunter Vol 9
SCORE: 68
The Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 manga book contains two hundred pages.
Chapters seventy-four through eighty-three are covered within Hunter x
Hunter Vol 9. The cost of the Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 manga book was
$11.99. The issues families can have with Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 are
violence, blood, gore, bad language and more. There will be spoilers in
my review of the Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 from here on out.
Things in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 go the way I expected them to go. There
is a lot of Kurapika in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. The Phantom Troupe is
killing all of these mob guys looking for the Shadow Beasts. The Phantom
Troupe wants to fight the Phantom Beasts. There is one guy from the
Phantom Troupe that takes out quite a few of the Shadow Beasts in Hunter
x Hunter Vol 9. They do inflict some harm on him as well.
Kurapika captures one of the Phantom Troupe in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. It
is the big strong Uvo man that was also poisoned. One of the other of
the Phantom Troupe sends a small needle to be able to track them.
Kurapika winds up going and meeting with Hisoka. We learn more about
Hisoka in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. He is actually under cover with the
Phantom Troupe. Hisoka is trying to fight the boss, but can never get
him alone.
While Kurapika is gone, others of the Phantom Troupe goes and frees Uvo.
They also take out some of the team. Kurapika gets the bosses daughter
to safety and waits for Uvo to come to him. The two of them have a fight
in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. Uvo does a bit better knowing what he is up
against in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. Kurapika takes Uvo down again at the
end of Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 though.
There is a nice flashback in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9 where we find out
about how Kurapika gets this power in Hunter x Hunter Vol 9. If Kurapika
uses this power on anyone other than those with the spider tattoo he
will die. He gets a lot of power to hold them when he does have them.
Gon and the others are trying to find the bad guys and help Kurapika as
well. As of right now Kurapika does not want any assistance.
