G. I. Joe #22

I remember reading somewhere that this issue of G. I. Joe in the Energon Universe would start a new storyline. A storyline that did not really interest me that much. Any idea why I am not interested in this storyline? G. I. Joe #22 starts a horror storyline. Crystal Ball is the main bad guy in G. I. Joe #22. We also get some more of Risk in G. I. Joe #22. Another character I am not very interested in.

G. I. Joe #22 cost me $3.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within G. I. Joe #22 There are two letters pages and a character spotlight page within G. I. Joe #22. The credits are found on the back of the front cover. The back cover of G. I. Joe #22 contains the cover gallery. There are some advertisements near the back of G. I. Joe #22. There is also a three page preview of Mask #1. I bought that comic book and it is either in my pile or enroute.

The issues families can have with G. I. Joe #22 are violence, blood, bad language, ghosts, and more. I give you my word that the rest of this review will contain spoilers. Cobra Commander threatens Destro into going on a field mission in G. I. Joe #22. Destro wants to stay there and build weapons. Destro does as he is ordered in G. I. Joe #22. The Joes send a team of three to find some Energon.

The interesting thing is Destro has a team of three (counting himself) in G. I. Joe #22. They are going to the same location. Destro is the first one to realize there is a third party messing with both of them in this area that is supposed to be haunted. Crystal Ball is the third party in G. I. Joe #22. The Joes and Cobra get into a small skirmish in G. I. Joe #22. There is something that stops their fighting.

Green tentacles that remind me of an octopus start grabbing people and dragging them into the darkness. Crystal Ball made this D.I.R.E Technology that can create illusions. This technology is powered by Energon. At the end of G. I. Joe #22 Risk is facing some ghosts of people that died thanks to him. Crystal Ball claims his technology can peer into the soul of someone and bring out their darkest fears.
