DuckTales #12

I have some good news and some concerning DuckTales #12. The good news is this series made it to the one year mark. There are one of these that come out a month and twelve is one full year. The bad news concerning DuckTales #12 is this is the last one. Dynamite is wrapping up this series here. There will be other Disney adventures just not DuckTales. I have some mixed emotions concerning that. I guess it depends on what they come up with next.

The DuckTales #12 comic book cost me $4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within DuckTales #12. The credits are found on the backside of the front cover of this comic book. There are some advertisements near the end of DuckTales #12. The cover gallery is the last few pages of DuckTales #12. There is some violence, magic, and a ghost within DuckTales #12. The story in DuckTales #12 is an interesting one.

I give you my word that the rest of this review can and will contain spoilers. Scrooge and his nephews go to The Lost Library of Lemuria in DuckTales #12. There is a bit of humor within DuckTales #12. This library is underwater so the four ducks are in scuba gear in DuckTales #12. The librarian Undine Tidewise is the ghost in DuckTales #12. She makes Scrooge an offer in DuckTales #12.

The offer in DuckTales #12 is a magic without limits. No question without answers. No Secrets you can't unlock. No treasure where you do not have the map. The price of this is everything you knew before this moment in time. I wonder if you could accept the deal and then ask what you knew before. If there is no question without the answer then you should get the answer. Unless the answer is you can't have that.

Scrooge decides not to take the deal in DuckTales #12. Clams and a giant octopus attack the ducks in DuckTales #12. The ducks get free and find clever ways to take care of the giant octopus in DuckTales #12. For example they use the clams to get some arms of the giant octopus. They swim around large pillars to tie up other arms in DuckTales #12. The end lesson in DuckTales #12 is keeping the treasure you currently have over something new.
