DC KO #2
SCORE: 66
Why do so many events really drop off from issue number one to issue
number two? DC KO #2 has a horrible drop off and I do not know what is
going on. This comic book cost me $5.99. There are only thirty-one pages
of comic book content within DC KO #2. There are two intro/credit pages
in DC KO #2. We have a page devoted to the next issue and two checklist
pages. I am not sure why the checklist pages were repeated.
DC KO #2 contains two pages that show the brackets with the updated
results. There are some advertisements near the end of the DC KO #2
comic book. The issues families will have with DC KO #2 are false gods,
violence, bad language, blood, gore, and more. Spoilers will be a major
part of this review going forward. There are some really disturbing
things within DC KO #2. Joker steps on someone and eats them.
Superman and Lex Luthor get into it in DC KO #2. Lex thanks Superman for
sending him to the Phantom Zone. Lex realizes that he does not hate
Superman for doing too much for humanity but for doing too little.
Superman gets his hand chopped off my Luthor in DC KO #2. Luthor also
stabs Superman with kryptonite in DC KO #2. Superman does survive this
challenge by finding the power of Darkseid and using that Omega beam.
Time Trapper and Booster Gold have an interesting scene in DC KO #2. I
should warn you there is a shock factor to this as well. Since I have
been reading the Superman comic books I know Time Trapper is the
champion the universe needs. I did not realize that Darkseid is
controlling Booster Gold. Technically in DC KO #2 Booster Gold claims he
is Darkseid. I have plenty of questions. Booster Gold/Darkseid wants to
enter the tournament now.
The whole premise of DC KO #2 confused me a bit. I thought there would
be all of these one on one matches. DC KO #2 has the thirty-two
characters. There are sixteen powerful items on this battle field. The
goal is to find and hold onto one of these items when all are found.
Once all are found the challenge is complete. So there were not one on
one battles, instead a challenge that all thirty-two participated in. I
wonder if we will get any one on one battles.
