Atlantis Season Two
SCORE: 60
I just finished watching Atlantis Season Two on Peacock+. Yolanda got
a month of the Peacock+ because there were some shows she wanted to
watch. I used the time to finish up this show and this series. There
will be spoilers in my review of the Atlantis Season Two television
show. This is the last season of this show. There are thirteen episodes
that make up Atlantis Season Two. The episodes last from forty-two to
forty-four minutes in terms of length.
The issues families can have with Atlantis Season Two are violence,
blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, magic, false gods, sexual
deviancy, and more. There is plenty of back and forth within Atlantis
Season Two. Pasiphae is attacking Atlantis. Pasiphae is queen of
Atlantis. Pasiphae is dead. Pasiphae is back to life and queen of
Atlantis again. Jason and his crew are on the run for a lot of Atlantis
Season Two. The humor within Atlantis Season Two is one of its few
saving graces.
Medea is an interesting character in Atlantis Season Two. She is the
niece of Pasiphae. Jason finds out that Pasiphae is his mother in
Atlantis Season Two. Once that happens Jason’s heart turns black and he
starts not caring about much else. During this time Jason and Medea get
romantically involved. Jason can be king since he is of royal blood. Of
course Jason and Ariadne are still an item in Atlantis Season Two. At
first Ariadne cannot allow herself to love Jason because of their
stations. Then she goes with it.
Characters change allegiances quite often in Atlantis Season Two. It
honestly makes little to no sense to me. Jason is in love with Ariadne,
and then Medea, and back to Ariadne. I can see why this show was not
continued for a third season. There are reasons for a third season.
Jason and Ariadne are on their way to a city where Medea is. They need
to retrieve the Golden Fleece to finally stop Pasiphae. The show was
canceled.
I am glad I finished what there is of this television show. It was never
a great show. There are some interesting concepts in Atlantis Season
Two. History is touched on a bit here and there. The use of gunpowder
for explosions is interesting in Atlantis Season Two. How are there any
people left with so many being killed in Atlantis Season Two? Must have
been a much larger city. Hercules is more heroic in Atlantis Season Two.
