The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes
SCORE: 58
On a recent movie night I decided to pick The Hunger Games The Ballad
of Songbirds & Snakes. I knew very little about this movie. I have seen
the other Hunger Games movies so I was curious about this. Spoilers will
be a part of my review of The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds &
Snakes movie. It took us one hundred and fifty-seven minutes to watch
The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes from start to finish.
The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes is a prequel to the
other Hunger Games movies. We find out what happened during the Dark
Times. The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes also brings us
to the tenth annual Hunger Games. We learn all about Coriolanus Snow in
The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes. The Snow family is
not well off financially. He is trying to get the Plinth Prize to go to
university and help out his family.
Dean Casca Highbottom opposes Coriolanus Snow as well as the Hunger
Games. Highbottom was friends with Snow's father. There are themes of
humanity and viciousness within The Hunger Games The Ballad of
Songbirds & Snakes. Snow must be a mentor to Lucy Gray Baird in The
Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes. He even helps her in the
games by cheating. He puts her scent in this vat with snakes that are
used at the end. If the snakes are familiar with your scent they will
not bite you.
Snow also gave Lucy some poison to use against others in the Hunger
Games. At least one person dies from the poison in The Hunger Games The
Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes. Lucy winds up winning, but Snow is
punished for cheating. He is made into a grunt soldier and sent to
District 12. This is where he falls in love with Lucy and her singing.
Sejanus Plinth a friend of Snow is also in District 12.
Snow gets his friend killed in The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds
& Snakes. He also reports his friend for conspiring with the locals to
commit crimes. This impresses Head Gamemaker Dr. Volumnia Gaul. She
takes Snow under her wing and he comes back to the Capital. Snow kills
the Dean who accused him of cheating. Lucy and Snow seemed to have a
good thing going. Why she runs off made little sense to me in The Hunger
Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes shows how vicious some
people can be. In the games and outside the games. Snow does whatever he
can to win. The lesson that Snow learns in The Hunger Games The Ballad
of Songbirds & Snakes is that the only thing that matters is Victory.
Winning is the only thing to him. He does climb high and far after The
Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
