The Chosen Season 2

I am so thankful I had the time and opportunity to watch The Chosen Season 2. This show gets better and better. The more I watch this show the more I am getting into it. I love how The Chosen Season 2 takes its time with things. There are some great pay offs within The Chosen Season 2. Spoilers will be a part of my review of this television show. I wish I found this show a long time ago.

I noticed that in most of the episodes of The Chosen Season 2 the issues were way less. There are mild things like some characters throwing rocks at Jesus and one of his disciples. There is a demon that wanders into the camp. Jesus rebukes the demon and makes it leave. Thus freeing the man from that demonic possession. The disciples argue with one another quite often in The Chosen Season 2.

More disciples join Jesus in The Chosen Season 2. We get Simon the zealot, and Nathanael to mention a few. More women join as well. The Pharisees are getting a bit more organized in their knowledge and resistance against Jesus in The Chosen Season 2. Rome even takes an interest in Jesus in The Chosen Season 2. The meeting between Quintus and Jesus is really fun in The Chosen Season 2.

I said in the review of the first season of this show. I do not know if everything in The Chosen Season 2 actually happened. It is interesting, and fun to explore some of this. There is some deep creativity in terms of what may have happened in The Chosen Season 2. There are definitely Holy Bible moments within The Chosen Season 2. I loved seeing Jesus heal on the Sabbath.

Matthew continues to be wonderful in The Chosen Season 2. The women are educating themselves to the Torah in The Chosen Season 2. Matthew is also learning and improving. Mary has a bit of a relapse into sin in The Chosen Season 2. Jesus forgives her and lets her know all He and His Father want is her heart. We meet Judas at the end of The Chosen Season 2. We are also getting set up for the Sermon on the Mount.

There are eight episodes in The Chosen Season 2. The episodes range from thirty-seven to sixty-five minutes in terms of length. There are so many things that still need to happen in this show. I loved all of the time devoted to showing us the zealots in The Chosen Season 2. I also like how we learned about the secret police of the Roman Empire in The Chosen Season 2. This is show is definitely worth a watch.
