Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Naruto #3
SCORE: 70
There is good, bad, and ugly concerning Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
X Naruto #3. This comic book costs $4.99. There are only twenty-two
pages of comic book content. We also get a page devoted to the next
issue, alternate cover pages, and some advertisements. The credits can
be found on the back of the front cover of the Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles X Naruto #3 comic book. The IDW View from the Back page is on
Bobby Curnow.
I will include spoilers in my review of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
X Naruto #3 comic book. There is one major announcement related to
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Naruto #3. The next issue will wrap up
this series. I am excited to see where it all end. I have some
suspicions myself. The Turtles and ninjas from the Hidden Leaf Village
are out and about on the town.
The Turtles show the Naruto the sights, and of course pizza. Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles X Naruto #3 is very clever in how New York is
called the Big Apple Village. I thought that was bit on the funny side.
It is also a nice meshing of the two different franchises. There is more
on that later in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Naruto #3 as well. When
the characters do a special attack there is a meshing of the two
universes as well.
Shredder captured Splinter and April O'Neal at the end of the last
issue. We find out that the special delivery contained some mutagen in
it. Shredder uses this mutagen on four of his loyal troops to turn them
into mutants. The ninjas eventually get home to the Turtles base to see
they were attacked. They quickly track down Shredder and get to that
location to fight the four new mutants.
You know how comic books need to end with some kind of a twist right?
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Naruto #3 ends with Shredder using the
mutagen on himself. He bulks up and will be what the two groups of
ninjas will need to battle in the final issue of this series. The
controversial and highly divisive evolution concept is used in the IDW
View from the Back Page. There is also a reference to having to put
pencils down during the Chinese COVID-19 virus. They could draw from
home, or use electronic devices to draw.
