Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28
SCORE: 71
I am still not happy about IDW Publishing jacking up the prices of
their comic books with no new content. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Saturday Morning Adventures #28 continues that trend. They have these
IDW View From the Back Page articles in these comic books and are
completely silent on that fact. I would think they would at least try to
smooth things over somehow. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #28 cost me $4.99.
There are only twenty pages of comic book content within Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28. The credits are on the
back of the front cover. There is A Channel SIX Action recap page in
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28. We also
get a cast of characters page in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #28. There is a page devoted to the next issue, and
alternate cover pages near the end. There are also some ads near the end
of this comic book.
Spoilers will be a part of this review going forward. Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28 is all about Golgotha. She
is this giant octopus character that captures the four turtles. She is
brainwashing them to believe only her, and to work for her. Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28 starts out with the
Turtles getting a parade in their honor.
The one problem for the Turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #28 is their heads are hurting. They are in a fantasy
and not in reality. Back in reality Splinter and April follow the
trackers to find the Turtles. They fight to free them. Splinter plans on
helping them fight mind control with meditation. According to Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #28 that worked for
Splinter.
The device Golgotha was using is destroyed which makes the villain
decide to leave. There is a reference in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Saturday Morning Adventures #28 to all of this mind control being used
against them. I am starting to feel like it is lazy writing. I am also
wondering if this series is winding down and will be retiring soon. I
talked to others that are not happy about the IDW Publishing pricing.
