Teen Titans Go #3

I need to get something off my chest. I am not enjoying this comic book series. I see multiple attempts at humor within Teen Titans Go #3 but nothing gave me even a smile. The cost of this comic book is $2.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within Teen Titans Go #3. There is even an eight page preview in this comic book.

Spoilers will be included in this review of the Teen Titans Go #3 comic book. The eight page preview in this comic book is Harley Quinn’s is Bud and Lou Trouble Times Two. The main comic book contains a bit of violence, reference to evolution and more. Cyborg and Beast Boy are watching some television show called Fresh Buds. Raven and Robin come by to enjoy the show.

Star fire is in the kitchen with her pet. Her pet has a birthday and she wants to do something nice for him. Robin overhears a bit of the conversation and thinks it is Starfire’s birthday. So Robin tells the gang and they decide to throw a surprise birthday party. Robin works on the cake for hours and make a complete and total mess.

Cyborg and Beast Boy work on the music, and Raven must do the decorations. Starfire comes out to see what the others are doing. So Robin lies to her and talks about a cousin from Texas. So Texas Robin comes by and is loved by everyone. Raven knows what is really going on but the others are totally fooled. They just want more Texas Robin.

The party eventually gets finished and Robin gets a kiss on the cheek for being so sweet. Raven has some good commentary in Teen Titans Go #3. Robin had to do a lot of extra work because he lied to someone he cared about. Honesty is always the best policy, especially when it is something difficult to relay. Robin does not learn his lesson in Teen Titans Go #3.
