Superman #869
SCORE: 67
Let us get the house keeping out of the way first. Superman #869 cost
me $4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within
Superman #869. The other numbering system shows this comic book to be
Superman #26. All of reboots for no reason at all in my professional
opinion. It is just because everyone wants a NUMBER ONE ISSUE. The
credits for Superman #869 are on the second page with art.
Spoilers will be included in my review of the Superman #869 comic book.
The issues families can have with Superman #869 are violence, blood,
false gods and more. Advertisements can be found throughout the Superman
#869 comic book. The DC Nation Spotlight is on the Justice League vs.
Kong vs. Godzilla 2 comic book series. I guess the last one sold enough
to do another one. I enjoyed parts of the first one.
There are two interlude pages in Superman #869. The big issue in
Superman #869 is Superman is fighting off the Red K. Superman has it
being triggered. Superman #869 hints that someone else triggered that on
him. There are plenty of angry characters in Superman #869. In fact if I
described a theme of Superman #869 it would be anger management. Well
there is not much management of the anger in Superman #869.
Lex Luthor has two visits in Superman #869. The first visit is from his
daughter. She is mad at him. She is angry with him. The second visit to
Lex Luthor in prison is Superman. Can you guess how Superman feels in
Superman #869? Superman is also mad and angry. Then the Red K kicks in
and Superman is going crazy in this prison. Lex reaches out to some
other prisoners for some help.
Lois finds out at the Watch Tower about her powers being gone. Mr.
Terrific is not really sure what will happen with the powers. Right now
Superwoman is completely depleted. Lex Luthor in prison offers to get
her those powers back. That is part of the reason Superman absolutely
loses his mind in Superman #869. This comic book moves the story forward
in a slow manner. I am curious to see what happens next.
