Star Wars Jedi Knights #2
SCORE: 68
I decided I am not that into this series and had it removed from my
pull at our local comic book store. I already had the second issue
awaiting my attention. I am getting faster and more nimble at making
these determinations. As far as I can tell Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 is
an one shot. There is content in Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 that could
warrant the series returns to some of these characters.
Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 cost me $3.99 and there are twenty pages of
comic book content. Advertisements can be found throughout the Star Wars
Jedi Knights #2 comic book. There is an intro/credits page at the
beginning of Star Wars Jedi Knights #2. There will be spoilers in my
review of the Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 comic book. There are two main
storylines that happen within this comic book.
First off Master Yoda, and a Jedi go on a mission to check some reports
they were given. There is a leader on this world that is supposedly
making creatures. The Jedi get lied to and decide to leave. As the ship
leaves the two Jedi drop down and investigate the planet without droid
assistance. They discover what they were looking for in Star Wars Jedi
Knights #2. There are these alien like creatures.
The Jedi fight these creatures and pretty much exterminate all of them.
Master Yoda fights the leader who is actually able to best Master Yoda.
The bad guy runs away in Star Wars Jedi Knights #2. We learn later that
the bad guy has a lot of pods of these hard to kill creatures. Another
topic of note is these creatures can self replicate. So that would be
bad if they get on some planet.
The second storyline in Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 involves Obi-One
Kenobi and his master. Obi-One admits the possible future vision he saw.
His master does not seem to be very concerned in Star Wars Jedi Knights
#2 about it. Maybe it bothers him more than he is letting on. I am not
sure. The highlight of Star Wars Jedi Knights #2 is reading how Master
Yoda talks. Otherwise this is a pretty forgettable story.
