Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

By now you should know the drill when it comes to graphic novels. Noah found Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at our local comic book store for $7.99. It was on the fifty percent off table. I feel like the price is decent for Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. This graphic novel contains the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge #1-5 comic books. There are some well known characters within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge as well.

Spoilers are a major part of this review. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge hops back and forth between the present and past. I like how Star Wars Galaxy's Edge does it too. Someone asks a question and the answer comes in a flashback. The issues families can have with Star Wars Galaxy's Edge are violence, blood, mild language, blood, and more. A lot of the bad content is really mild within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.

It is neat to see Han Solo and Chewbacca in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. We also get multiple annoying plugs for Doctor Aphra. I am so sick of that character. I am so sick of Marvel shoving her down our throats. The First Order is also within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. They aim to get some stability in the universe. Kylo Ren is also shown and referenced within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.

We learn about Batuu and this really evil cursed sword within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. There are some interesting double crosses within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. In fact there are multiple instances in this graphic novel where both sides working together do some kind of double cross on their partners. There are large Star Wars creatures also used in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. Anyone remember the Sarlacc?

There are groups in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge that care about greed. There are groups in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge that care about control. Thar art within Star Wars Galaxy's Edge is fantastic. The dialogue makes sense and each character has their motives. I am not a fan of the First Order and Disney's redefinition of the Star Wars galaxy from what had been cannon. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge does include that controversial and divisive content.
