Silverhawks #5
SCORE: 68
I am thankful I had the $4.99 to purchase a copy of the Silverhawks
#5 comic book. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within
Silverhawks #5. I have some opinions concerning Silverhawks #5. The
intro and credits can be found on the back of the front cover of the
Silverhawks #5 comic book. There is a Dynamite Dispatch page, and two
cover gallery pages within Silverhawks #5. Advertisements can be found
throughout the Silverhawks #5 comic book.
There will be spoilers in this review going forward. The issues families
can have with Silverhawks #5 are violence, and mild language.
Silverhawks #5 wraps up the Mon*Star storyline. Part of me is happy, and
part of me is sad. Part of me is interested in what's next, and part of
me wants to leave this series behind forever. I am totally on the fence
when it comes to Silverhawks #5.
The Silverhawks find Mon*Star's mobile base in Silverhawks #5. They
invade it only to discover he is not there. The interesting thing is
there is all this talk about how the team will be disbanded and they
will lose their funding over this failure of not finding him at his
base. They should have done some surveillance or something first in my
ever so humble professional opinion.
The team does not need to wait long because Mon*Star attacks Bedlama
City on Bedlama in Silverhawks #5. Mon*Star wants to get rid of all
humans in the universe in Silverhawks #5. He blames humans for pretty
much everything. Oh goodie another comic book attacking us, and yet they
want us to buy these attacks on us. Stargazer decides he can take
Mon*Star out all by himself while the other Silverhawks fight the mob.
The Silverhawks win in this comic book. Mon*Star is subdued, arrested,
and sent back to prison in Silverhawks #5. The end of Silverhawks #5
lets us know that the Mon*Star mob is attacking Dolar. I guess that is
where all the money is held. So they are trying to continue to fund
their operations. The Silverhawks will be sent to take them down in the
next issue. I may keep reading, or I may be done.
