Silo Season 2
SCORE: 55
I have been blitzing through as many shows as I can on Apple TV+ as
we have these two free months. Most of the shows have gotten worse in
almost every single way. Silo Season 2 does improve a few things upon
the previous season. There are ten episodes that range from forty-one
minutes to sixty minutes in terms of length. The story telling gets much
better and much more interesting in Silo Season 2.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Silo Season 2 television
show. I am now of the opinion that this television show needs to be
released in the physical copy format. The issues families can have with
Silo Season 2 are violence, blood, bad language, promotion of sexual
deviancy and more. There are some real shockers that come out near the
end of Silo Season 2. I will try and touch on a few.
Viewers learn in Silo Season 2 that there are fifty-one silos. There is
one silo that is controlling all of them. There is a safeguard that will
pump poison into the silo and kill all of the people within it. We also
learn about the other silo that Juliette visits. There are more people
than just Solo. These others are also young and they want to kill Solo.
Thing is they were all kids when that rebellion happened.
Lukas learns of the Safeguard and the people that are in the silo.
Juliette returns to her silo to stop all of the people from dying.
Bernard appears in his suit and they both are getting hit with flame
throwers at the end of Silo Season 2. The really odd thing is we see
Washington DC and there is talk of a dirty bomb. Are the people in the
silo descendants of those hit with such a device?
Silo Season 2 provides a lot of answers on the silos and safeguard.
There are still new questions that pop up. Lukas quits as he learns some
truths. Bernard decides going outside is better. He wants some freedom
before they all die. Whoever is behind all of this has yet to be
revealed. At least in terms of more than a voice and a few words. The
vault is an interesting location that continues to capture our
imagination.
