Mythic Ocean

I did not know much about Mythic Ocean before purchasing it from Limited Run Games. I got a physical copy of Mythic Ocean on the Nintendo Switch. We start playing Mythic Ocean in the first person mode. We walk around this building going up stairs. Finally we reach our destination. We then get a loading screen before arriving in a new location.

There will be spoilers in my review of the Mythic Ocean video game. We are then some fish in the ocean. Players then meet some odd characters and talk to them. There is some violent content within Mythic Ocean. There is also plenty of content within Mythic Ocean about false gods. Players get to pick one and see how the world is different with them in charge.

Most of the gameplay within Mythic Ocean is through conversations. We help different life in the sea with their lives. The dialogue can be weird and strange at times in Mythic Ocean. The music is haunting in Mythic Ocean as well. I put the music as borderline creepy. The graphics in Mythic Ocean are nothing to write home about.

There is a fast travel teleported provided to players. I think the developer realized that moving around in Mythic Ocean is not that great. In fact I got irritated trying to move around in Mythic Ocean. The controls were not always that great in this talking and swimming video game. The sonar helps players find who to talk to and where to portal to next.

I knew after reading the back of Mythic Ocean that I would most likely have issues with this game. I do like how we can decide to help different characters in Mythic Ocean. I wish some of the main dialogue was more friendly to the super majority of Americans. At the end of the day I did not enjoy my time with Mythic Ocean.
