My Hero Academia Vol 14
SCORE: 69
It is neat to go through the manga after watching a fair amount of
the anime. I am not sure if things were different in the anime or if I
do not remember them properly. My Hero Academia Vol 14 contains chapters
one hundred and nineteen through one hundred and twenty-eight. The
cliffhanger ending from the last manga book is picked up in My Hero
Academia Vol 14. There will be spoilers in my review of the My Hero
Academia Vol 14 manga book.
Deku and Bakugo fight it out in My Hero Academia Vol 14. They both give
it their all, and we learn about the different motivations for the two
characters. We learn about the inferiority complex of Bakugo and the
unstoppable spirit of Deku. Combined the two of them could be like All
Might. Can you guess who shows up once Bakugo wins the fight? If you
guessed All Might then you would be correct.
Bakugo also worries that All Might gave up his power because of him.
Numerous characters in My Hero Academia Vol 14 do not feel that Deku is
the right person to inherit the mantle from All Might. Sir expresses the
same sentiment later in My Hero Academia Vol 14. Deku and Bakugo are
both punished in My Hero Academia Vol 14. They are not allowed into
class for a few days so they will fall behind. They are forced to clean
the dorms instead.
The issues families can have with My Hero Academia Vol 14 are violence,
blood, gore, lack of attire, enticement to lust, bad language and more.
We learn a bit about the villains in My Hero Academia Vol 14. They are
meeting to try and get together but the meeting does not go as planned.
Both sides lose someone. The Yakuza guy makes some interesting points
about having a plan for the future.
I love the characters pages in My Hero Academia Vol 14. There are two at
the front and then others throughout this manga. The students learn
about Work Study and Deku works hard to get accepted by Sir. He fails
the test but gets accepted anyway since he avoided all of the All Might
materials in the room while zipping around trying to get the stamp. We
meet a few more interesting heroes in My Hero Academia Vol 14.
