Lego Brawls

I live streamed Lego Brawls for a little over an hour on our Rumble channel. If you missed it then you should check it out. We will be converting the live stream into a video and getting that video on our video sites as time and money open up the doors for that work to be performed. Lego Brawls is a wannabe Super Smash Bros done with Lego characters. We can build our own character or use existing ones in the game.

The single player mode is a great place to learn the controls which can be challenging to master. Especially for the family members closer to the ten year old age range. We can also play other characters online and beat one another up. The main issues families can have with Lego Brawls is the violence. Lego Brawls teaches us to be aggressive, and get them before they get you.

Lego Brawls looks okay. There really is nothing to write home about there. I did some research and found some game versions are worse than others in this regard. I decided while playing Lego Brawls that it would be an one shot. Meaning I was done with the game after playing it for one livestream. There are plenty of items in Lego Brawls to unlock as we level up.

Can I share a secret with ya'll? I found Lego Brawls to be a tad bit boring. We take out characters, they respawn and we do it all over again. Falling off or getting knock out is the only thing that broke up the monotony within Lego Brawls. I also noticed that at times the hit detection seemed broken. I would whack another players and nothing registered. How is that possible?

The idea behind Lego Brawls is great. The implementation needed some work. The slow grind to unlock the items makes Lego Brawls feel like a cash grab. Here is the thing - my dad purchased a physical copy of Lego Brawls on the PlayStation 5. Why does there need to be a free app mentality with that? If you love Lego, and Super Smash Bro then you might enjoy Lego Brawls.
