Justice League Unlimited #9

Justice League Unlimited #9 is an epilogue to the story We Are Yesterday. I am not sure that everything has been totally resolved but it might be. The cost of the Justice League Unlimited #9 comic book was $3.99. There are twenty pages of comic book content within Justice League Unlimited #9. Advertisements can be found throughout the Justice League Unlimited #9 comic book. There are two intro and credit pages after some content.

Spoilers will be a part of this review going forward. The issues families can have with Justice League Unlimited #9 are violence, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, evolution and more. Some of the bad content is in the preview for another comic book. There are also some comic pages for the app DC Worlds Collide. There is an interview page on the new Superman movie within Justice League Unlimited #9. We also get a page devoted to someone who died recently.

Two powerful characters from the future appear and they want to dissect Gorilla Grodd. The heroes are against that actually. So the heroes fight off these characters. While the fighting is going on there are also some side threads happening. Mr. Terrific is working with his younger self to try and get Air Wave back in Justice League Unlimited #9. The do eventually succeed at that task.

Gorilla Grodd decides to offer his services to these characters as long as he can stay alive. So the three of them wind up leaving. I wonder if Air Wave returning is what fixed the timeline or if the three left and fixed it. I am honestly not clear on that. Justice League Unlimited #9 does not exactly explain why things stopped. They are also a mess. Can all of the displaced characters get back to their times?

The ending of Justice League Unlimited #9 is very interesting. Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman meet together to try and have a conversation. There was a rush to build this new league, and there is a problem. Justice League Unlimited #9 does not exactly tell us what the problem is. The other item of interest is what will the solution actually be? I will need to keep reading to find out for certain.
