Justice League Red #1
SCORE: 69
I decided to check out the Justice League Red series. I started my
exploration of this franchise with the Justice League Red #1 comic book.
This comic book cost me $3.99. There are twenty pages of comic book
content within Justice League Red #1. There are three pages of comic
book content and then two pages of an intro and credits pages. There is
a four page preview of Immortal Legend Batman #1 within Justice League
Red #1. There are also a couple of advertisements within this comic
book.
The issues families can have with Justice League Red #1 are violence,
blood, gore, bad language, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and more.
Spoilers are coming in this review. Red Tornado has been running
algorithms on the future. The giant Justice League Unlimited return and
revival will lead to some major disaster that will destroy the Earth in
the future. So Red Tornado is recruiting a team in Justice League Red
#1.
The members of the team in Justice League Red #1 are Power Girl and the
Arab Green Lantern. I did not even know there was an Arab Green Lantern.
There are victim messages from the radical far left on Arabs in Justice
League Red #1. Red Tornado is doing all of this behind the backs of the
rest of the League in Justice League Red #1. I expect that will be a
problem in the future at some point.
Red Tornado is calling a Red Alert. The front cover of Justice League
Red #1 leads me to believe there will be more members in this group in
the future. The two heroes are sent to the planet Varva. Supposedly they
are about to launch some major weapon to upset the balance in that
region. The two heroes attack the military in Justice League Red #1.
They wind up destroying a giant robot.
There is a small problem within Justice League Red #1. The two heroes
find the robot they destroyed had seeds. It was only defending itself
and its planet from them. Were they lied to? Was Red Tornado wrong? They
plan on finding out. Justice League Red #1 ends with Black Adam watching
them and deciding he needs to get involved. Justice League Red #1 is
interesting albeit a little odd.
