Godzilla vs Hulk #1
SCORE: 69
Godzilla has literally been all over the place in the comic book
industry in the last year or so. Godzilla vs Hulk #1 is the latest cross
over to make it across my desk. I did not know exactly what to expect
from Godzilla vs Hulk #1. The cost of this comic book was $4.99. There
are twenty-five pages of comic book content within Godzilla vs Hulk #1.
Advertisements can be found throughout this comic book.
There are going to be spoilers in this review of the Godzilla vs Hulk #1
comic book. The issues families can have with Godzilla vs Hulk #1 are
violence, blood, and more. After the comic book content there is an
interesting cover gallery. There is a page in Godzilla vs Hulk #1
devoted to Godzilla vs Spider-Man #1. There is one page of comic book
content, and then two pages for the intro/credits. There is also some
interesting art on those pages.
Godzilla vs Hulk #1 feels like it was somewhere in the past for the
Incredible Hulk. The Hulk is considered dead in Godzilla vs Hulk #1.
Bruce Banner is alive, and has been using meditation to avoid getting
angry. Godzilla vs Hulk #1 lets us know that Rick is the body in the
casket that everyone thinks holds the Hulk. There are different monsters
used in Godzilla vs Hulk #1. Humans are controlling this giant spider
that has Mothra pinned.
The cries of Mothra are being used in Godzilla vs Hulk #1 to lure in
Godzilla. There are two Mechagodzilla's that are used to attack
Godzilla. General Ross is in one, and Dr. Banner is in the other one.
The battle does not go well for the two Megagodzilla's in Godzilla vs
Hulk #1. The spider does some damage. There is also a new blob monster
created in Godzilla vs Hulk #1.
Banner winds up getting angry and turning into the Hulk in Godzilla vs
Hulk #1. Thing is Hulk helps out Godzilla and saves him. The Hulk gives
some blood to power up Godzilla in Godzilla vs Hulk #1. From that point
they win the battle and both burn out their power. General Ross is going
to kill Dr. Banner but Godzilla is there and is not happy about that
concept. So the two live to fight another day at the end of Godzilla vs
Hulk #1.
