Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1
SCORE: 71
There are days and times that I wonder what I was thinking. I found
myself extremely excited to read Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1. I had no
idea where this might go. Then I read it and my excitement is totally
gone. The Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1 comic book cost me $5.99. There
are thirty pages of comic book content. Advertisements can be found
throughout the Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1 comic book.
There are three pages of comic book content and then we get the
intro/credits page. There will be spoilers in my review of this comic
book. After reading Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1 I wonder what the
point was. Honestly it felt like nothing actually and really happened. I
see there are some things that could be open for the future but this is
an one shot. The issues families can have with Fantastic Four x
Gargoyles #1 are violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, magic,
and more.
Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1 teases a fight between the Gargoyles and
the Fantastic Four. They stand down and that was such a ho hum moment.
We have Tony Stark meeting with a bad guy from the Gargoyles. That goes
nowhere as well. I feel like there was such wasted moments in Fantastic
Four x Gargoyles #1. Diablo wants to be immortal so he needs Gargoyle
blood. He tried in the past, and in the current is still trying.
The Grey Gargoyle is pretty over powered in Fantastic Four x Gargoyles
#1. Reed Richards is shown as pretty weak in Fantastic Four x Gargoyles
#1. So are some of the Gargoyles. Sue Storm is over powered in Fantastic
Four x Gargoyles #1. A human occupied a dead Gargoyle body and is
accepted into the clan in Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1. Too many of the
threads felt pointless to me.
Sue Storm and a Gargoyle go invisible to get the potion to turn people
back to normal. Multiple characters were turned to stone in Fantastic
Four x Gargoyles #1. There is a fight with Dragon Man just because. Once
the Gargoyle is turned normal so is everyone else somehow. Demona shows
up to thwart Diablo for some reason we are not privy to. Too much of
Fantastic Four x Gargoyles #1 feels disconnected and pointless.
