DuckTales #4

There are days and times where I reassess things. I am really getting into the DuckTales comic book series. I realized that while I was reading DuckTales #4. I am less irritated about the price for the comic book content. It seems like more comic books are moving the $4.99 price point. DuckTales #4 contains twenty-two pages of comic books content.

Spoilers will be a part of my review of the DuckTales #4 comic book. There is a bit of comic mischief within DuckTales #4. There is also plenty of humor within DuckTales #4. Scrooge MdcDuck is at the library to look for a key to a treasure. He has his three nephews with him as well. There are some memories of an old story told as well.

The credits in DuckTales #4 can be found on the back of the front cover. There is a page devoted to the next issue, advertisements and a cover gallery in this comic book too. Mrs. Bookbeak is trying to get Scrooge and his nephews to be quiet and respectful of others. They are trying to get away from her and find this key to a treasure.

Launchpad makes an appearance in DuckTales #4. Scrooge uses Launchpad to run interference with Mrs. Bookbeak in DuckTales #4. It helps for a very little bit. The library in DuckTales #4 is huge. There are some cool pages while the four characters are searching. I am very curious to see what this treasure is going to turn out to be.

The ending of DuckTales #4 is actually pretty fun. Mrs.Bookbeak figures out what Scrooge is looking for. She gives him a map, and lets him know that she would have helped if he would have asked. After all she is there to help. All of that wasted time and effort. DuckTales #4 has a lot of charm and character to it. That is why I am softening on the price.
