Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic

Noah found Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic on the fifty percent off table at our local comic book store. This graphic novel contains one hundred and sixty-eight pages. The comic books contained within Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic are Doctor Strange (2015) #6-10 and Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic #1. I caught up on comic books for the month and went right into the graphic novel pile.

Spoilers will be a part of this review of the Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic graphic novel. The art in Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic is ugly. I am not a fan of this particular style. The issues families can have with Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic are violence, blood, bad language, lack of attire, enticement to lust, magic, false gods, demons and more.

There are these robot like characters on a crusade in Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic to get rid of magic. They claim to wield the power of science. I feel like I have heard arguments like this before. Oh from those that attack Christians and our faith. The people that do so have this religious belief that science is the end all, be all. Even when science cannot explain something, they have faith in science.

These robot like characters are killing all of the magic. Not just the magic users, but also magic, and magical items. These characters are killing all kinds of different characters in Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic. Doctor Strange winds up getting rid of the main guy, but the troops are still left behind to do the work in Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic. This graphic novel ends with the issue not completely resolved.

The price is decent for the amount of comic book content. Front covers, and alternate covers are also shown within Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic. The story and the art did not do much for me personally. I can honestly say that if I had never read Doctor Strange The Last Days of Magic I would have never missed it. Since it was in my pile I gave it a chance. I won't be reading much more Doctor Strange I think.
