Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2
SCORE: 74
I have been enjoying the Darkwing Duck comic books, and I am very
thankful the volume two run is going on. Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2 cost me
$4.99. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Darkwing
Duck Vol 2 #2. There is a page devoted to the next issue, some ads, and
a cover gallery. The credits in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2 are found on the
back of the front cover. The covers are also thicker paper.
Spoilers will be a part of this review that could get dangerous. The
fourth wall is broken near the beginning of this comic book. The next
issue will be very interesting indeed. Do you know why that is? Darkwing
Duck Vol 2 #2 lets us know that the untold origins of Darkwing Duck will
be told in the next issue. I am very curious to see that. There is a
little bit of cartoon violence in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2.
The biggest thing that happens in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2 is that Gosalyn
lies. She wanted to get the lead part in a school play. Instead she is
given the role of bush three. When her dad asks her about the school
play, she lies and tells him she got the lead. She is helping this
teacher with his gardening project. Little does she know that this teach
is actually Bushroot in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2.
What is the plan Bushroot has in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2? Bushroot makes
these plant people that attack others at the school. Darkwing Duck has
an idea to win the day in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2. Darkwing Duck wants
the bright lights used to melt down the plant people. This is done
thanks to a friend of Gosalyn. He gets the lights on and the bad
henchmen are taken down in one quick swoop.
I find it interesting that entertainment loves to focus on the arts as
such wonderful things. Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2 carries along that
narrative. There are some attempts at humor in Darkwing Duck Vol 2 #2
that fall flat. There is this fantasy scene where the damsel in distress
is being saved. She changes it so the guy is in the princess dress
instead and she can save the day. That feels borderline woke
controversial and highly divisive content to me.
