Batman #930
SCORE: 66
Batman #930 cost me $4.99. The reboot numbering system shows this
comic book to be Batman #2. The things that happen in Batman #930 have
been foreshadowed for some time now. I knew it was coming. I did not
know when it was coming. There are twenty-three pages of comic book
content within Batman #930. There are six pages of comic book content
and then we get the credits page within Batman #930.
Spoilers will be a part of my review. The issues families can have with
Batman #930 are violence, blood, false gods and more. There is a four
page preview of The Omega Act Special #1, and a three page preview for
Batgirl #12 within Batman #930. Advertisements can be found near the end
of the Batman #930 comic book. The DC Nation Spotlight is on DC KO. It
is an interesting idea for an event but I do not plan on following it.
Batman #930 picks up where the last one left off. Robin is shot and
arrested by the police officers in Batman #930. One of the cops even
shoots and kills a suspect that runs off. Batman is also attacked by the
police when he shows up to free Robin. Robin was put in the back of an
armored vehicle with a lot of criminals. Robin is handcuffed and winds
up beating them all down. The cops are trying to get Robin beat up or
killed even.
Vandal Savage decides at the end of Batman #930 that he will declare war
on the Bat Family at the end of Batman #930. This is where we expected
this series to go. Vandal Savage is breaking the law a lot himself. He
has the press attacked in Batman #930. Batman and Robin are both
physically messed up in Batman #930. Batman gets shot in the back of the
head with a shot gun. One cop even kills another one in Batman #930.
There are some flashbacks in Batman #930 where Batman is teaching Robin
how to drive a stick shift. For most of Batman #930 I wondered what that
had to do with anything. At the end of Batman #930 Robin must drive the
Batmobile. Can you guess how many gears the Batmobile has? It has
thirteen according to Batman #930. That is absolutely crazy to me. I
thought a four or five gear shift was complicated enough.
