A Minecraft Movie

Noah and I went to watch A Minecraft Movie in the theaters. On Black
Friday 2025 I noticed A Minecraft Movie was selling for a good price on
DVD. I purchased it and then picked it for one of the movie nights with
Yolanda. That way she could watch it as well. She wondered about it
being Minecraft when it was in the real world. There will be spoilers in
this review of A Minecraft Movie.
For all of us here at Family Friendly Gaming A Minecraft Movie is the
best video game related movie or television show released in 2025. We
totally disagree with those out of touch block heads at the game awards.
At first I was not big on Jason Mamoa being in A Minecraft Movie. I was
also not big on how male characters were treated in A Minecraft Movie.
In fact I wondered if this movie was part of the horrible, evil, vile,
and wicked war on men.
There are some very good and epic moments in A Minecraft Movie. Chicken
Jockey and Lava Chicken are two great examples within A Minecraft Movie.
There is also the water bucket, crafting table, golems and more. There
is some violent content within A Minecraft Movie. Characters can
attacked by a plethora of different Minecraft enemies. A zombie gets his
arm ripped off at one moment within A Minecraft Movie. There is a
message within A Minecraft Movie about going into the real world and
being creative there.
The pigs are out to destroy the Minecraft world in A Minecraft Movie.
They are opposed by the humans who want to keep the world safe. There is
also a theme of trying to get back to the real world by some other
characters. There are campy and corny moments within A Minecraft Movie.
There are some real dingy characters in A Minecraft Movie. The villager
that comes to our world has an interesting arc.
There are two end credit scenes in A Minecraft Movie. The first one
makes me think there will be a sequel. Expect plenty of humor within A
Minecraft Movie. I believe a lot of families will be able to enjoy A
Minecraft Movie. The bad content is way less than many of the current
movies. Steve, Garrett, Henry and Dennis really make A Minecraft Movie
what it is. Natalie, Dawn, and Malgosha are adequate. A Minecraft Movie
is what a video game related movie should be in most regards.
