What If Dark Carnage #1
SCORE: 54

I literally had no idea what to expect from What If Dark Carnage #1.
I hoped the setup page would educate me to what the original story was
and how the new story diverted from that. What If Dark Carnage #1 does
not really explain to me what is so different. Maybe What If Dark
Carnage #1 is something that could have happened but was never written
about. I have no clue whatsoever. There will be spoilers in this review.

What If Dark Carnage #1 lets us know that Carnage is in the Ravencroft
Institution for the criminally insane. Carnage is trying to make his
escape where he runs into one of his ancestors that is waiting for his
army to be ready thanks to some underground tree. What If Dark Carnage
#1 is not very big on the believability factor. Dormammu is the one
behind the tree and the army.

The issues families will have with What If Dark Carnage #1 are violence,
blood, gore, false gods, magic, lack of attire, enticement to lust, and
more. The art in What If Dark Carnage #1 is horrible. I have seen this
art in other comic books like that Storm Shadow one. I am not a fan of
this kind of art personally. Too dirty, and not clear enough. That is a
		personal preference.

Advertisements can be found throughout the What If Dark Carnage #1 comic
book. There are thirty pages of comic book content within What If Dark
Carnage #1. The blood and gore are a bit too much for me personally. I
do question the rating and how Marvel displays it. I did not notice it
until working on this review. What If Dark Carnage #1 cost $4.99 brand
		new when I purchased it.

I am not a fan of this comic book. What If Dark Carnage #1 seems to be
some side story that ultimately makes no sense. I prefer when What If
explains what happened and how this comic book is going to be different.
What If Dark Carnage #1 seems pretty pointless to me. Why would Carnage
fight off this other bad character? If he damages his ancestor in the
past might that cause him problems in the present?
