Star Trek #10

I found myself actually interested to read what was going to happen
in Star Trek #10. The last issue of this comic book left us off with
quite the interesting situation. Captain Sisko was found guilty in the
Cardassian kangaroo court and was about to be executed. Oh no, what
would happen with our second least favorite Star Fleet captain? Could
Data run the ship by himself? There will be spoilers in this review.

Star Trek #10 starts in a very interesting fashion. T'Lir a Vulcan of
Starfleet is meeting with the wormhole aliens. We learn that this Vulcan
is not who he says he is. They both know he is someone or something
else. We see the point where Captain Sisko is about to die. The guards
turn and shoot all of the Cardassians in the viewing area. They had to
die because they were holding onto the past and harboring hatred. It was
also a way for the leader of Cardassia to easily take out his rivals.

From there Star Trek #10 takes us back to the away team trying to get
out with the orb of Creation. They are saved by Captain Sisko. I find it
odd that Captain Sisko is able to easily get all the way out there so
quickly. The issues families can have with Star Trek #10 are violence,
blood, false gods, evolution, and more. The recap in Star Trek #10 is on
the credits page which is the back of the front cover.

Star Trek #10 contains twenty-two pages of comic book content, then one
of next month's covers, alternate covers for this month, and then some
advertisements. The Day of Blood is what is coming up next for this
series. It is also a crossover with the Star Trek Defiant series that I
never checked out. There are two interesting pages within Star Trek #10.
The first is the First Speaker Damar, and the second is from the Desk of
		Barada Damar.

Star Trek #10 contains an interesting exchange with Captain Sisko and
Yeor. Yeor is a Vorlon that finds a hidden chamber with a container. In
this container is a changeling. One that had not been effected by a
disease sent to the rest of them. The Vorlon kills the changeling. I did
not quite grasp why though. I guess he wanted to be rid of them once and
for all. This storyline wraps up with the characters getting some rest.
