Fairy Tail #2
SCORE: 64

Fairy Tail #2 is another manga I found at our local Five Below for
five dollars. I got really excited when I saw Fairy Tail #2 for that
price. Sure I have watched the anime of Fairy Tail pretty far. This
manga book cost half the price of manga normally. That is one of the
reasons I decided to make a purchase and add it to my pile. I am really
glad I did. It has been some years since I watched this part of Fairy
Tail. It is interesting to see the characters being introduced and built
		up.

There will be spoilers in this review. Lucy and Natsu are on their way
to destroy a book for a client. We learn the father had been imprisoned
with blackmail to write a book for some short creepy guy. The man was
gone from his family for three years. He wrote a horrible book that
shamed his family. He cut off his own hand so he could never write
again. Lucy tries to use her feminine wiles to get hired as a maid. That
		failed miserably.

Lucy and Natsu sneak in and break into the house. They find the book and
fight off some other wizards. Lucy learns there is a secret hidden
within the book. A magic spell was put on it, and it passes along the
father's true thoughts and feelings. Since the job was not completed
exactly Natsu refused to accept any reward. Lucy would be happy with
some reward. Erza Scarlet is introduced in Fairy Tail #2. She has a
mission for Natsu and Gray. Lucy comes along to keep the peace.

The issues families will have with Fairy Tail #2 are lack of attire,
enticement to lust, magic, violence, and more. There is a theme in Fairy
Tail #2 of characters refusing to forgive others. According to the Holy
Bible they will not be forgiven by God. That is why that lesson is such
a bad one. Fairy Tail #2 does contain some humorous moments. Natsu
continues to get sick on moving vehicles in Fairy Tail #2.

A dark guild shows up in Fairy Tail #2. They are trying to use a death
flute to kill all kinds of people. The Fairy Tail wizards track them
down and will deal with them in the next manga book. There are some
interesting behind the scenes bonuses at the end of Fairy Tail #2. There
is also a preview of the next volume. There is even a drawing in Fairy
Tail #2 of the place where Fairy Tail is being made.
