Green Lantern The Animated Series

I had some extra money thanks to some side jobs I have been doing and decided to purchase some animated movies and television shows. Green Lantern The Animated Series is one of those shows I purchased. It takes 572 minutes to watch the twenty-six episodes of Green Lantern The Animated Series on two Blu-ray discs. Green Lantern The Animated Series is not rated. I would suggest ten year olds and older personally.

The issues families can and will have with Green Lantern The Animated Series are violence, death, lack of attire, enticement to lust, lies, deceit, rebellion, and more. The Guardians are shown as weak leaders that make all of these mistakes. If you are looking for a show that will subtlety teach you to distrust and rebel against leaders then Green Lantern The Animated Series is that show. Odd understanding of things like love are in Green Lantern The Animated Series as well.

We see more than just Green Lanterns in Green Lantern The Animated Series. We run across a plethora of other colors. No white and black though sadly. The first half of the show obsesses about the Red Lanterns. They are all about rage, revenge, anger and hatred. There are some humorous moments within Green Lantern The Animated Series. We also find a Red Lantern falling in love with an artificial intelligence. SPOILER ALERT! The AI does actually have life within her.

There are a wide array of interesting characters found within Green Lantern The Animated Series. Hal Jordan and Kilowog make up the two biggest characters within Green Lantern The Animated Series. They are joined by Razer of the Red Lanterns for most of the show. Aya is the AI that has some interesting growth and development in Green Lantern The Animated Series. How would an AI react to love being rejected.

The voice acting in Green Lantern The Animated Series is pretty good. The animation is nice to look at. I enjoyed this universe. Near the end watching Green Lantern The Animated Series felt like a chore. I am so glad to be done watching it. I can see why this show ended. There are threads left open at the end of Green Lantern The Animated Series. I have an idea how this show would have tied them up in future seasons.
