Unlucky Mage
SCORE: 71

Family Friendly Gaming requested a reviewable copy of Unlucky Mage on
the Nintendo 3DS. KEMCO was kind enough to provide a digital
downloadable code of this hand held role playing video game. The
storyline in Unlucky Mage is what sets it apart from so many other KEMCO
role playing video games. This loner mage wants to be alone since mages
have been hunted to near extinction.

The main character in Unlucky Mage has a ring that signals he should
rule the lands. He wants to be left alone. Little by little he ends up
in the middle of the political intrigue and wars of the fantasy world
found in Unlucky Mage. A demon visits the main character from time to
time to tempt him. The main character resists this evil character over
		and over again.

Some of the content families should be informed of in Unlucky Mage are
mages, magic, demons, role playing violence, false gods, false
goddesses, betrayal, enticement to lust, lack of attire, bad language,
and more. I like the music in Unlucky Mage. Which is something KEMCO has
been known for. I wish KEMCO released physical copies and allowed video
		captures of their games.

I like how heal spots in Unlucky Mage can only be used three times. This
can ensure role playing gamers do not grind in the same area forever
without any costs. Since it costs in game money to stay at an inn to
completely heal and restore the magical points. I also enjoyed the
teleportation circles in Unlucky Mage. They are very helpful in leaving
dungeons in this Nintendo 3DS video game.

The storyline in Unlucky Mage kept me interested much longer than many
other role playing video games. There is plenty of manipulation, bad
attitudes, greed, and more in Unlucky Mage. I love how Unlucky Mage
promotes the virtue of limited government. That concept needs to be
applied in the real world where bloated governments are causing way too
		many problems for the people.

Unlucky Mage earns the thirteen and older rating. There are some issues,
and content in Unlucky Mage that are not healthy for children to be
exposed to. Be sure to obey the ESRB rating in Unlucky Mage. Teenage
gamers, and adult gamers can enjoy Unlucky Mage from start to finish.
Expect to grind in some areas to help make certain bosses easier to beat
		in Unlucky Mage.
