Moco Moco Friends

Family Friendly Gaming was recently provided a download code for Moco Moco Friends on the Nintendo 3DS. There is also a physical copy version of Moco Moco Friends for sale at retail. I miss the days when physical copies were sent out to media outlets. Moco Moco Friends is a role playing game in an unique fantasy world. I think of Moco Moco Friends as a Pokemon lite.

Moco Moco Friends has bright colors, and happy music. Some might even describe Moco Moco Friends as a cutesy Pokemon clone. Since the creatures we make contracts with are plushkins. They look like stuffed animals in many cases. There are Japanese sound bytes and plenty of humor from that country. Gamers can even fast forward attacks in the battles.

The good characters in Moco Moco Friends are witches. Which is where the super majority of Americans are going to have a problem. Why? The super majority of Americans see witches as evil. Does that mean Moco Moco Friends is trying to be a part of the heinous redefinitionists movement? I don't know the intent for sure. I just know it will make Moco Moco Friends controversial.

Speaking of controversy, Moco Moco Friends stepped in it a second time. It has the highly divisive and controversial evolution word and concept. So many Americans avoid any and all entertainment that promotes and/or encourages the religious belief of evolution. Moco Moco Friends could have reached so many more if the developer and/or translator had found a more inclusive word to use. The same goes with taking something evil like witches and trying to promote them as good.

What are we fighting against in Moco Moco Friends? Wild plushkins will attack the player. Which is why players need plushkins on their side to fight for them. There is also bad thoughts that torment the plushkins. Dream power is what players fight torment power with. Bad thoughts are what Moco Moco Friends is against. Chapters and dungeons are short in Moco Moco Friends. Players earn fame points from completing missions. Pluskins of the same type can be merged together to gain levels.

There are some shining bright points in Moco Moco Friends. Sewing, and gardening are those bright shining points for me. There are plenty of food references, and a giant plushkin dog that is worried about losing all its fur. On the bad side there is magic, and violent content within Moco Moco Friends on the Nintendo 3DS. Certain characters are showing off skin, so if that bothers you please be aware it is in this game.
