Youda Survivor 2

Youda Survivor  has come back to the Family Friendly Gaming Nation. This time it is Youda Survivor 2. The start of the story shows you the hero as a happy man living in a city. And then its game over, and they thank you for watching the movie. I am just joking. This witch doctor looking guy calls you back to save their island.

At this point in Youda Survivor 2 I felt like Mr Incredible. I just cleaned this mess up, can't it stay clean for five minutes? Don't any of the people on that island have any initiative to save their own area? Nope, they have to call in the big, bad, city person to save them from destruction.

Anyways we learn Youda Survivor 2 is essentially the same game. We collect items, put them into devices which produce other items. Like an egg goes into a machine to give us cooked eggs. Milk can be made into a powder, which can then be made into cheese. It starts getting complex and deep later on.

We have to hit a button for a rain dance, which brings us water for the holes we have dug. Big, bad city boy can not figure out things like irrigation. We earn points for beating the levels which help us unlock new devices and upgrades. Certain levels require certain things to progress.

Youda Survivor 2 makes us deal with dangers like pirates, and crabs. We have to pay attention to our health, amount of water, storage, and more. The islanders in Youda Survivor 2 are not big on wearing very many clothes. But the pirates can somehow figure out how to dress themselves. And the pirates are just trying to collect food to survive too.

Youda Survivor 2 likes to talk about false gods, and other spiritual stuff I quickly tuned out. The music in Youda Survivor 2 is jamming man. It has an island feel. The voice acting not so much so though. There are so many different voices they could have used instead. Maybe someday they will actively recruit our editor in chief. I know he could have done better with the voice.
