Silverlicious

Girl games are different than boy games. Silverlicious shows that it understands the differences between girls and boys. For starters Silverlicious understands writing a thank you note. Now Pinkalicious may be writing to the easter bunny, the tooth fairy, and other mythical entities; but she is saying thank you in a note.

Girl colors are all over Silverlicious. We are talking pinks, and light greens, and lavenders. These fit the kinds of colors that girls like to use and see. Characters like cupids, and snowmen are found in their respective worlds. The art work style in Silverlicious is like a book. The animation left a little to be desired in my err book.

The sounds in Silverlicious are heart warming. Girls enjoy the music as well as the dialogue involving imagination. One of the things I found telling about Silverlicious is she gets this candy, and then loses her tooth the next day. Which is close to real life. Too much candy will have teeth rotting out. So be careful of that candy.

As girls play through Silverlicious, they earn new outfits. These outfits have different powers to help the girl make it through the level. Press the 'X' button to swap between dresses. There are twenty collectibles, and quests inside the levels. The quests are things like please fetch my mail and bring it back to me. Easy things.

The levels in Silverlicious are easy for children. There are certain things like thorns that will knock you back. Pressing 'B' will make them magically disappear, or you can walk quickly through after being knocked back a bit. Silverlicious can teach little girls about fantasy things like the tooth fairy, easter bunny, and santa claus. Sorry parents there is no real meaning of these holidays taught in this Nintendo DS cartridge.
