Sesame Street Elmos Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game
SCORE: 94
It is so nice to be able to play and review an 'EC' rated video game. Warner Bros Interactive publishes a couple of these every year, and we are very thankful for them here at Family Friendly Gaming. Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game teaches kids about music, counting, shapes, and colors.
The Wii version of Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game is a wonderful learning game for children. They can get the wiggles out while they are learning foundational lessons. Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Count Von Count work together and with the Honkers sharing a musical adventure with the children.
Abby will use here magic in Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game to transport us to different areas. She is usually trying to put us somewhere else, but that is okay. Parents can pick up a second remote and help their child in areas they may have problems. Which is nice because the children can still use their Wii remote.
The pace of Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game gives children time to perform the required action. Failure is completely tolerated in this home console learning game. The characters will repeat the instructions. Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game can also teach patience in waiting for the right time to perform specific actions.
The characters in Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game look very realistic. It feels like an interactive television show to me. There are plenty of fun little games for kids to do in Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game. The true test is the kids though. Children who played Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game for us had a blast. They had problems performing a few mini games, but overall they had a good time.
All video games teach us something, so it is nice that Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game teaches good lessons. I personally loved the counting sides of shapes mini game. This mini game incorporates multiple lessons at the same time. I would ask the kids to identify the shape before the Count asked. The matching and pattern recognition games are good as well.
Sesame Street Elmo's Musical Monsterpiece The Video Game is one of
those games that helps to improve the image of our entire industry. It
shows games can be safe for children. It shows that our industry can be
inclusive instead of exclusive. It show that video game developers and
publishers care about families.
