Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition

Alan was kind enough to work with Activision on the Transformers Dark of the Moon titles. When they came in we got a huge surprise here at Family Friendly Gaming. Activision went above in beyond. We were not expecting Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition on the Nintendo 3DS. But we got it, and I got to playing it. This is a vehicle combat game. The Transformers go into Stealth Mode which looks like part vehicle and part weapon. Sort of in between robot and vehicle mode.

The 3D graphic effects in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition are fantastic. I really enjoyed seeing the different environments and characters in this hand held game. The core of the action in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition is to shoot the Decepticons. Many of them look exactly the same, and they explode the same way. They also replenish after they are destroyed which made me wonder what the point was. If enemies keep respawning it kills my interest in dispatching them.

The voices in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition come straight from the movie. It is a real treat for me to hear the voice of Optimus Prime. He does such a good job. He commands a real presence. The music fits this game nicely. I have to go back to the voices. There are numerous things that are said in the game that make this a better 3DS game to play. They let you know when your health is low, or just a few more enemies to blow up. It feels more interactive than a lot of other games.

There are eighteen levels in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition. Aside from getting stuck on a level or two there is little reason to replay this Nintendo 3DS game. You will really have to like the game play to want to replay Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition. I will be getting to that in just a minute. Like I previously stated FFG was provided a reviewable copy of this 3DS game.

I am not fond of how Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition controls. There is vehicle mode which works masterfully, and controls amazingly well. There is stealth mode which is where the weapons come into play. I can not stand how stealth mode controls. The enemy characters go around in predictable patterns. I was disappointed with certain missions in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition. Trying to protect all those relays was frustrating beyond belief.

The main goal of Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition is to stop the evil characters. Players fight them off to make the world a safer place. The main lesson in Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition is to get them before they get you. Go and get some more health, ammo, and then do it all over again. There are some different missions in this hand held title, but not enough for my liking.
