Reflection Connection

Reflection Connection is a prism style video game. There are orbs of different colors with letters on them. The player must match them to the matching orb. The game has a grid on it and the matching orb can be on the same side, a different side, etc. Lights lines can cross one another. The key is putting down as few mirrors as possible to acquire the highest score possible. Sounds simple huh? Trust me it is very easy to solve a board in Reflection Connection. Getting the best score is a completely different story.

Each orb has its very own color that it emits. This light is only seen when the matching orb is connected. The grid is black with what I will describe as chalk marks lining everything up. The mirrors add color to this background. Behind the game play area are some psychedelic colors that add even more color. I found no offensive images or graphics in Reflection Connection.

The music in Reflection Connection is addicting. I normally do not like this kind of music, but it drew me into this game level after level. In fact at times I was not interested in my timer or the level - just enjoying the tunes. The psychedelic graphics may have something to do with that. And no my brain was not on drugs. I found no offensive sounds while playing Reflection Connection.

Reflection Connection boasts thousands of unique board. Some of them had attributes that are similar to others, but I never got bored with beating level after level after level. In some ways Reflection Connection feels endless. Which is a good thing because this is a fun game. Reflection Connection also lets you post on Facebook and Twitter if you so desire. You can also challenge friends and family in head to head competition.

On the surface Reflection Connection seems shallow. I mean it is easy to beat the boards. If that is your thing then you will blow through board after board. At some point though you might want to get a higher score or be more efficient. This is where Reflection Connection gets deep. There are multiple ways to solve each and every board. Reflection Connection is fun, even though I found it a little on the easy side.

The largest lesson I learned from Reflection Connection is how to slant mirrors to connect laser beams. I never know when this skill will come in handy. Maybe when I, well not there. So I may not come up with an example for this review, however the thoughts processes required for this game will improve your mental prowess. Reflection Connection can help family members shift their thinking while enjoying a colorful light show.
